Donald Trump shares a shock video on the arrival of deported Venezuelan migrants in El Salvador, expressing his support for President Bukele and defying the federal judge’s order that had blocked the deportation

Donald Trump published a shock video on Truth, showing the arrival of more than 200 Venezuelan migrants, accused of being part of the Tren de Aragua gang, deported to El Salvador. The video, initially released by Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele, shows the migrants in chains, led by special forces. Trump commented: ‘These are the monsters sent to our country by Joe Biden the dupe and left-wing extremist Democrats’. The US president also thanked Bukele for accepting migrants into his maximum security prisons, referring to his decisive stance against crime.

In his post, Trump reiterated that ‘thanks to El Salvador and thanks to President Bukele’ for addressing the situation. He praised the decision to deport the gang members, describing them as ‘terrorists’, and stressed that the situation was now ‘intolerable’.

The case reignited the legal debate on the deportation of migrants. A federal judge, James Boasberg, blocked the order allowing swift deportation by invoking the Alien Enemies Act, a 1798 law. However, the White House denied that the order had been violated, explaining that the migrants had already been deported before the judge’s ruling.

Trump strongly challenged this decision, arguing that a single judge cannot prevent the deportation of migrants, calling them ‘foreign terrorists’ and defending the president’s prerogative in matters of foreign policy and national security.
