Il medico finito oggi ai domiciliari a Roma era indagato da novembre dalla Procura di Roma per aver certificato 9 green pass falsi, tra cui quello del comico Pippo Franco. Si tratta di A.A., odontoiatra e medico di base, con lo studio a Colli Albani. Il professionista è accusato di falsità ideologica in atti e documenti informatici pubblici. Denunciate 13 persone che hanno usufruito delle false certificazioni. Il medico era finito nel registro degli indagati lo scorso novembre quando i carabinieri sequestrarono 9 green pass falsi, tra cui quello di Pippo Franco, indagato anche lui.

“Il mio assistito ha regolare Green pass ed ha effettuato anche la terza dose. Siamo ancora in attesa della decisione del Riesame dopo l’istanza di dissequestro della certificazione”, afferma il difensore di Franco, l’avvocato Benedetto Giovanni Stranieri. “Lui è stato coinvolto in questa vicenda per telefonate intercorse tra altre persone” aggiunge.

Dalle indagini condotte dai carabinieri del Nas, coordinati dalla Procura di Roma, è emerso tra l’altro che alcuni pazienti falsamente vaccinati, nel giorno della presunta somministrazione, si trovavano a centinaia di chilometri da Roma.
