Israeli media say Ali Khamenei killed in the US and Israeli attack. The Times of Israel reports, citing an Israeli source, that Iran’s Supreme Leader was killed in strikes carried out today by the United States and Israel.
According to the report, the raids hit Tehran and specifically targeted Khamenei’s residence. His body was reportedly recovered from the rubble following the bombardment.
Israeli media say Ali Khamenei killed in the US and Israeli attack has also been communicated to senior officials in Washington. Axios reports that Israel’s ambassador to the United States, Yechiel Leiter, informed several high-ranking US officials that the ayatollah had been killed.
There has been no confirmation from Tehran regarding the reports. Iranian authorities have not issued any official statement addressing the claim that Israeli media say Ali Khamenei killed in the US and Israeli attack.
