Mondiali nuoto, Paltrinieri oro e record europeo nei 1500 stile libero

Gregorio Paltrinieri trionfa nei 1500 stile libero ai campionati mondiali di nuoto di Budapest. Il 27enne carpigiano si impone con il tempo di 14’32″80, nuovo primato europeo. Alle sue spalle lo statunitense Robert Finke (14’36″70) e il tedesco Florian Wellbrock (14’36″94). Per Paltrinieri è il quarto titolo mondiale in carriera, il terzo nella sua distanza prediletta che nel 2016 gli ha anche regalato il titolo olimpico.
