Champions League: Chelsea-Juve 4-0, ko bianconero a Stamford Bridge

Il Chelsea travolge la Juventus per 4-0 nella quinta giornata del Gruppo G di Champions League. I bianconeri, già qualificati agli ottavi di finale, vengono agganciati dai blues a quota 12 punti: i londinesi sono primi per la miglior differenza reti. Il risultato umiliante per la Juve matura al termine di un match che il Chelsea, campione d’Europa in carica, comincia con il piede sull’acceleratore. I blues sbloccano il risultato con Chalobah al 25′ su azione da corner e raccolgono i frutti di una superiorità evidente: 1-0.

La Juve di Allegri è costretta ad uscire dal bunker e crea anche un paio di ottime chance nella prima frazione. Serve il salvataggio in extremis di Thiago Silva per negare il gol a Morata. La partita, però, rimane a senso unico e nella ripresa diventa un totale monologo dei padroni di casa. James e Hudson-Odoi affondano la Juve tra il 56′ e il 58′. Il 3-0 fa calare il sipario prima dei titoli di coda: in pieno recupero c’è gloria anche per Werner, 4-0 e Juve travolta.
