L’acteur nie toutes les accusations et fait face à son premier procès
Le procès de Gérard Depardieu, accusé d’agression sexuelle par deux femmes, s’est ouvert à Paris. Les faits se seraient déroulés lors du tournage du film Les Volets Verts du réalisateur Jean Becker en 2021. Les procureurs rapportent que les abus présumés incluaient des commentaires obscènes et du harcèlement.
M. Depardieu, 76 ans, qui a derrière lui une longue carrière cinématographique, a nié toutes les accusations et s’est présenté au tribunal pour se défendre. Bien qu’il ait été accusé par une vingtaine de femmes d’avoir eu un comportement inapproprié, il s’agit de la première affaire portée devant les tribunaux. En octobre 2023, l’acteur avait publié une lettre dans Le Figaro dans laquelle il réaffirmait : « Jamais, mais jamais, je n’ai abusé d’une femme ». Le procès, initialement prévu en octobre 2024, a été reporté en raison de son état de santé.
