Hamas condemned the attack calling it ‘a new war crime’, accusing Israel of violating ‘all laws, rules and humanitarian norms’. The group also pointed the finger at the United States, speaking of ‘American cover-up and complicity’ in Israeli military operations conducted in the Gaza Strip.

No casualties are reported at the moment, thanks in part to the evacuation that took place a few minutes before the attack, as reported in the same statement by the local authorities.
