Trump celebrates six months in the White House: ‘We have revived America’
The US president takes stock of his second term: ‘We have done great things, ended unnecessary wars’
Exactly six months after his return to the White House, Donald Trump celebrated the milestone with a message posted on the Truth Social platform. ‘Six months is not a long time to completely revive a country,’ the president wrote, ‘but it is appreciated as one of the most important periods of any presidency.’
In his assessment, Trump claimed significant achievements: ‘We have done a lot of good and great things,’ he said, emphasising the administration’s role in ending ‘several wars in countries that have no connection to us except for trade or friendship.’
The tycoon also wanted to highlight the difference from the previous situation: ‘A year ago, the country was dead, with almost no hope of recovery. Now the United States is the most popular and respected country in the world.’
The post is part of a communication strategy that aims to strengthen the image of America as a country that has returned to centre stage on the global stage under his leadership.
