We will soon learn about the documents submitted by Prince Harry for U.S. visa

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has agreed to the release of crucial documents concerning Prince Harry’s visa, which is at the center of a case involving him in allegations of document forgery

The affair began with allegations that Harry failed to declare his previous drug use, although the prince himself admitted in his memoir ‘Spare’ that he had used substances such as cannabis, cocaine and hallucinogenic mushrooms. Under U.S. law, visa applicants are required to declare any history of drug use, and falsifying the information can result in severe penalties.

Lawyers for the Department of Homeland Security agreed to make public three of the four documents related to his visa application, with some of the information blacked out. The request for access to these documents had been initiated by the Heritage Foundation, an influential conservative think tank, which had raised the issue legally. Harry, who moved to Montecito, California, with Meghan Markle and son Archie in 2020, could see new repercussions on his stay in the United States.

The affair was also commented on by President Trump, who initially announced that he would expel Harry, but later retracted, saying that the prince has “enough problems with his wife.”
