US-Russian talks continue in Riyadh as Ukrainian railways suffer cyber attack
A Russian missile attack today devastated a residential neighbourhood in Sumy, eastern Ukraine, leaving 74 people injured, including 14 children. A children’s hospital was damaged and the children were moved to a safe house, Mayor Artem Kobzar reported.
Meanwhile, during ongoing talks in Riyadh between the US and Russia, the Ukrainian state railway company Ukrzaliznytsia reported a serious cyber attack on its online systems, but reassured that train traffic was not disrupted.
In parallel, Moscow accused the Ukrainian army of attempting a drone attack on the Kropotkinskaya oil pumping station in the Krasnodar region.
