Trump’s special envoy for Russia and Ukraine has announced that Marc Fogel, a US citizen detained in Russia, has left Russian airspace and is on his way to the US. The White House confirmed that Fogel will be on US soil by the evening and will be reunited with his family thanks to Trump’s diplomatic efforts.
