Trump displays signs at the White House: faces of arrested migrants

‘Mugshot’ style posters placed along the presidential driveway, to be on display during live TV broadcasts

Dozens of posters depicting the faces of arrested migrants, accompanied by the list of crimes attributed to them, appeared on the White House lawn this morning. The posters, with the words “Arrested” and the official White House logo, bear heavy charges such as first-degree murder, child sexual abuse, kidnapping, rape and trafficking in fentanyl.

According to official sources quoted by Axios, the signs were strategically placed along the main driveway of the presidential residence, in the very area that is frequently framed during live broadcasts by television stations.

The initiative represents yet another sign of President Donald Trump’s hard line on the immigration issue.
