The occupied Ukrainian territories, including Crimea and the regions of Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson, are considered an indivisible part of the Russian Federation. This was reiterated by Dmitry Peskov, Kremlin spokesman, responding to statements by U.S. President Donald Trump, who had called for a favorable agreement for Ukraine, seeking to recover “as much territory as possible.”

Peskov, quoted by the Ria Novosti news agency, stressed that the regions annexed by Russia following referendums not recognized by the international community are now considered part of the Russian Constitution. “Those territories that have become subjects of the Russian Federation are an indivisible part of our country,” the spokesman said, reinforcing the Kremlin’s position on the issue of territorial sovereignty.

The statement comes amid growing international tension, with Ukraine continuing to demand the recovery of occupied territories, while Russia confirms its intention to maintain control over these areas.

Russia therefore wants to go to negotiations without making any concessions to the Ukrainians: Putin wants unconditional surrender despite the fact that he is the culprit, the aggressor in defiance of international rights…
