Israel attacks Iranian missile base in south-east of the country
The IDF attacked a facility housing Khorramshahr missiles, among the most dangerous in Iran’s arsenal. This was reported by Channel 12
Israel has struck a large missile base in south-eastern Iran which, according to military sources, housed Khorramshahr missiles, among the most lethal in Iran’s ballistic arsenal. This was reported by Channel 12, citing Israeli security sources.
The action is part of the ongoing military escalation between Israel and Iran, following intensified mutual attacks and growing tension in the region. Khorramshahr missiles, with a range of up to 2,000 km and high-powered warheads, represent one of the most serious strategic threats according to the Jewish state.
No official details have yet been released on any damage or casualties, but the raid confirms Israel’s intention to neutralise key infrastructure in Iran’s missile programme. The operation comes just hours after Iran launched missile attacks on Israeli territory, claimed by the Pasdaran, in retaliation for last night’s American attack on the Islamic Republic’s nuclear sites.
