Prince William donation for rural mental health awareness

Prince William donated £5,000 to sheep farmer Sam Stables, a tenant of the Duchy of Cornwall and founder of We Are Farming Minds.

Stables is walking 229 kilometers from Ross-on-Wye to London to raise awareness of the pressures faced by farmers and collect funds for the National Federation of Young Farmers’ Clubs. The initiative is being carried out in partnership with the Farm Safety Foundation and its “Mind Your Head” campaign.

Queen Camilla met law enforcement teams supporting domestic abuse victims, including a group founded by Superintendent Sharon Baker, herself a survivor of abuse.
