According to the TMZ website, paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to an emergency call at the actress’s home at around 8:08 a.m. Diane Keaton was taken to hospital, where she was later pronounced dead. Audio recordings of radio communications highlight the seriousness of the situation when the emergency services arrived.
