Il caso Csm “è una bufala clamorosa, una cosa che non si può veramente sentire”. Lo ha detto il magistrato Sebastiano Ardita, componente del Csm, intervenendo a Piazza Pulita. “Sono basito da quello che ho sentito oggi. Dire che non si possono seguire le vie formali è un’affermazione gravissima”, ha detto riferendosi alle dichiarazioni dell’ex pm Piercamillo Davigo.

Per Ardita “Davigo aveva tutti gli elementi per capire che questa era una bufala, di cosa doveva preoccuparsi? Questa è la cosa che mi lascia assolutamente di stucco”. Ardita si è detto “sicuro che il procuratore Greco ha fatto tutto quello che si doveva fare”. E ha aggiunto di non conoscere l’avvocato Pietro Amara: “Ci ho parlato solo una volta, quando l’ho interrogato nel 2018”.
